About Us

ADX Land is an experienced real estate developer, investor, and investment advisor; in addition to our proprietary investments, we also provide investment advisory and investment management services to a number of corporate investors across China and Australia.

Our management team has over 30 years of solid and extensive experience in China real estate investment; prior to ADX’s incorporation, the team had already managed residential, commercial, hotel and industrial property projects with a combined GFA of over 2 million square meters across China, including older trophy and iconic buildings such as Shenzhen International Commercial Towers, Beijing Poly Plaza, and Guangzhou Yuexiu Tian An Hotel and Service Apartments.

With management’s experience and market insight as a solid foundation, we dedicate to create values through a process of rigorous evaluation, innovative structuring, as well as effective planning and implementation.

Since its establishment in 2006, ADX Land has managed real estate projects in China with a total GFA in excess of 1.2 million square meters (inclusive of planned buildable GFA).

 


Strategies and Track Record

One of our core strategies is to identify undervalued assets with urban redevelopment opportunities, and enhance asset value exponentially through implementation of zoning change and redevelopment.

ADX’s Urban Redevelopment Project Highlights :

  • Riverside Pavilion (Huizhou, China)
      • 37,000 m2 of industrial land converted for residential development with a 2.6 plot ratio
      • Phase 2 completed in 2010
      • Followed through the whole project and exited with an excellent return
  • Donjiang Estate (Huizhou, China)
      • 66,000 m2 of industrial land converted for residential development with a 3.0 plot ratio
      • Phase 1 completed in 2012
      • Exited after phase 1 through project company shares sales with an excellent return
  • Nansha Da Gang Project (Guangzhou, China)
      • 328,000 m2 of industrial land converted for residential and commercial mixed use development with a 2.5 plot ratio (ongoing)
  • Warrensbrook Project (Melbourne, Australia)
      • 6,800,000 m2 of vineyards, farming zone and special use zone to be converted for residential, commercial, and theme park development (ongoing)
